-> ARTICLE #1: WSO SupportCenter Information ===================
---> Relevant for ALL WSO Customers ============================
================================================================

Long time WSO customers are probably already familiar with the
WSO SupportCenter, which is kind of a "control panel" for your
account. But it is more than that.

The WSO SupportCenter is also where you can get detailed tech
support through dynamically generated tech support articles.
What does that mean, you ask? It means the examples shown in
the articles actually use YOUR account information, not
generalized terms or generic examples.

To use the WSO SupportCenter, just go here:
http://www.wso.net/support.htm

Read the information there about your UserID and Password.
Basically it says that your WSO SupportCenter UserID and
Password are assigned by us, they are not chosen by you and have
no relationship to any other username and password you may have.

You were assigned a WSO SupportCenter UserID and Password via
e-mail when your account was first set up. If you no longer
have this information, please send an e-mail to support@wso.net
and indicate your account web address.

Once you have your correct UserID and Password, you can log in.
The system will analyze your UserID and redirect you to the
proper SupportCenter for the server your account is located on.

Once logged in, a menu of options will appear. The options on
this list are what are called "user options." These are things
like disk space usage, E-Mail Routing Editor, billing summary,
etc. Note that FP Only accounts only have this list of options,
no others.

For account types other than the FP Only there is a drop down
box. In that box is a list of all the "domains" associated with
your account. You may have only one or you may have several. For
example, if you own a Virtual Domain account and have added one
or more Extra Domains, then these would appear in the list.

More information about $5 Extra Domains can be found here:
http://www.wso.net/edomain.htm

To get support and see options that are specific to one of your
domains, choose it from the list and press the GO button.

A new menu of options will appear that are specific to the
domain you've chosen to work with. Notice that the Tech Support
Articles option is on this menu.

Take a little time to look around, you'll be surprised! As an
example of how your tech support articles are dynamically
generated, choose a domain from your list, press GO, click on
tech support articles, then read the article under the E-Mail
heading titled "What settings do I need for my e-mail program?"

On thing to remember, the WSO SupportCenter is written in a way
that using the BACK button in your browser can cause unexpected
results. Please do not use your BACK button, always navigate
using the links provided within the WSO SupportCenter.

================================================================
-> ARTICLE #2: WSO Newsletter Back Issues ======================
---> Relevant for ALL WSO Customers ============================
================================================================

If you are a new WSO customer, this may be the first WSO
Newsletter you've ever received. Just let us say that we do not
place third party advertising in our newsletter and try to keep
the content a useful as possible.

All of the WSO Newsletter back issues are available here:
http://www.wso.net/news.htm

Please keep in mind, some of the articles will no longer be
relevant, but many still are. If you are interested in getting
the most out of your WSO account, try spending some time looking
at back issues.
