-> ARTICLE #1: Account Moves Continue ==========================
---> Relevant for ALL WSO Customers ============================
================================================================
We are working our way through our Virtual Domain and Commerce
Plus customers. By the end of February we expect to have almost
all of these customers moved.
After that we will begin moving the FP Only, Non-Virtual, and
Budget Commerce accounts. Again, each customer will be notified
individually about their account and its move status.
Accounts that we believe will not need to be changed at all will
be moved automatically and you'll be notified after the move.
We will notify customers about accounts that need special care
before moving.

-> ARTICLE #2: Correctly Naming Files and Directories ==========
---> Relevant for ALL WSO Customers ============================
================================================================
Most people take for granted the ability to put spaces in their
file names when working on their home computer. While you can
still do this on a WSO server, your web browser may not like it.
Test it yourself. Most people have a home page called index.htm
or something similar. Try renaming it to 'ind ex.htm'. Put a
space in there somewhere and then try calling it with a web
browser. You'll find that you get an error saying that it can't
find the file 'ind'. That is because URL's (web addresses) can
not have spaces in them.
We've found that many FrontPage users tend to put spaces in
their file names. While FrontPage will make sure that the URL's
do work, it tends to cause other problems, including problems
for us when running maintenance programs, etc.
It is always our strong suggestion that you do not use spaces
or other strange characters in your directory or file names.
To be totally safe, name all directories and file names using
only lowercase letters, numbers, -dashs-, and under_score
characters. While some other characters may still work, you
will never run into problems if you follow that simple rule.
