Many of you have noticed the reduced reliability of our e-mail
system over the past couple of days. This is due to the massive
amount of useless virus and spam e-mails.

We've blocked the new MyDoom virus for the most part, but the
overall level of junk e-mail is currently tremendous.

Some adjustments have been made to how our system is handling
mail and it has started to improve. Please be patient while we
work to best deal with this issue.

-> ARTICLE #2: Don't Bounce Your Spam (Again) ==================

Most spam filtering programs have options to automatically
send a rejection, bounce or virus report back to the sender of
a rejected e-mail. Please turn this functionality OFF!

1. Nobody reads these.

2. Often the bounce you are sending actually bounces back to you
again because the address you are sending the bounce to is
forged.

3. You end up adding to the problem of junk e-mail.

4. Sending these bounces will not get you off of mailing lists
and WILL NOT reduce the amount of future junk mail you receive.

Check the documentation of your program for how to turn this
"feature" off.
