In the early days of the web, there were inconsistencies in how
web sites were set-up. Some would only work if you put the www
in front of the domain name, for example:

http://www.example-web-site.com

Some would only work like this: http://example-web-site.com

Some of our early FP Only and SubDomain account customers may
have noticed that if they put www in front of their web site
address, their sites could not be found.  We soon started
setting up the accounts so that they would work with or without
the www part.

We've now gone back and made sure that ALL current customers
can reach their web sites with or without putting www in front
of their web site address.

We've updated our secure web server software to protect it from
recently discovered exploits. You should not see any change
in service because of these upgrades.
