-> ARTICLE #1: Changing Your FrontPage Password ================

Do you use Microsoft FrontPage? Ever wonder how to change
your password?  Here's how.

1. Connect to Internet, then Start the FrontPage 2000 program,
   title bar will say Microsoft FrontPage

2. Click FILE on the menu then choose "Open Web..."

3. In the box beside the label "Folder Name:" type
   http://YOUR_WEB_ADDRESS/

   Replace YOUR_WEB_ADDRESS with the URL of YOUR web site, for
   example, "www.wso.net". Then click the Open button. Remember
   to put the http:// part before the web address and the ending
   slash after.

4. Type in your FrontPage username and password.

5. Your web will being loading. If the "Open Web" box is still
   open after your username and password are accepted, and files
   appear in the box, click Open one more time.

6. Once your web loads into FrontPage, choose TOOLS from the
   main menu and then pick Security... and then Change Password.

6. Enter your old password and then your new password twice.
   Then press OK.

7. That's it! You can then choose FILE and then Close Web.


The procedure for FrontPage 98 is similar and should be close
to the above directions.

This month we've upgraded some of the major software used on our
new web servers.

NcFTPd FTP Server - v2.6.3
MySQL Database Server - v3.22.32
PHP Programming Language - v4.0.3pl1

These are the newest and most stable NON-BETA versions
available.

Now that Communities.com is going to discontinue support for
traditional place servers, we've created our own WSO Live Palace
Registry.  This isn't just a list of palace links, it is an
automated listing of all of the active palaces hosted at WSO,
similar to Communities registry.

Currently only Palace Servers that are hosted at WSO and that
are on one of our new servers are included (all WSO hosted
Palaces will be included eventually as they are upgraded).
