We recently upgraded the Miva Script software to version 3.72,
the newest available.

Just to clear things up, remember that Miva is the name of a
company.  Miva Script is a programming language, and Miva
Merchant is an e-commerce system created by Miva and programmed
using Miva Script.

-> ARTICLE #2: Palace v4.5.1 Finally Available =================

Communities.com has finally released the new Palace Server
version 4.5.1 for BSDI Unix.  We've already started contacting
our palace customers about the upgrade. Here are some facts:

- InstantPalace will still work with v4.5.1

- The Palace Viewer will now work with v4.5.1

- v4.5.1 supports server plug-ins (GateKeeper is installed by
  default)

- You will not need to make any changes to your palace before or
  after the upgrade, unless you use InstantPalace, and then
  you only have issue one god command to make it work again.

- Virtual Domain customers will be upgraded first, followed by
  Non-Virtual palace customers.

- You will not be upgraded automatically, we will contact you
  individually to schedule an upgrade time.

- The upgrade is totally free!

- After the upgrade you will receive an e-mail that will
  re-familiarize your with key issues and file locations.

-> ARTICLE #3: Analog Upgrade and More Log Settings Available ==

Analog, the web log analyzer that we use at WSO, has been
upgraded to the latest version 4.11.  In addition, some more
settings to control the analysis that Analog produces have been
added in the WSO SupportCenter.

You now have more control over some of the threshold settings
for the various reports.  Over time we will add more and more
control settings.

To change settings, log into the WSO SupportCenter, choose the
account from the drop down list and hit GO.  Then click on
"Change your web log settings."
