Almost all Virtual Domain and Commerce Plus accounts have been
moved!  The exception to this are accounts that have the palace
chat software installed.  We were hoping that the new BSDI
version of the software would be available before we moved these
accounts, but it looks like it still isn't ready.  As of now we
are going to continue to wait and see if it is released while
we work on moving other account types.  Eventually we may have
to just move the palace-enabled accounts to a new server, still
using the older palace software.

We will be starting to move Budget Commerce, Non-Virtual
and FP Only accounts soon.  Each customer will be personally
notified by e-mail about the status of their account.

Accounts that we believe will not need to be changed at all will
be moved automatically and you'll be notified after the move.
We will notify customers individually about accounts that need
special care before moving.

-> ARTICLE #2: Cheap Domain Name Registration and Parking ======

WSO can now register domain names for only $20 each per year.
This is a savings of $15 per year over Network Solutions
(previously called InterNic).  There is no functionality or
performance difference between a domain registered thought WSO
and one registered through Network Solutions, they are
identical.

You will own the domain, we will just be the Technical Contact,
which is exactly the same procedure as would be used if
registered with Network Solutions.

If you are interested in registering additional domain names,
just contact sales@wso.net with the name of the domain and your
current WSO account name (your web address).  We'll then work
out any details necessary.

Once a new domain is registered it can be parked and pointing at
your current WSO account for only $3 per month.  If you have
multiple parked domains this price can be reduced even lower.

In the future, you will be able to place orders for new domain
registrations and additional services directly from the WSO
SupportCenter.  Until then, just e-mail sales@wso.net.

-> ARTICLE #3: Your Credit Card Statement ======================

There has been some confusion about the name that appears on
your credit card statement beside our charges (if you choose to
pay by credit card).  The company name that appears on the card
is "THE INTERNET OUTLET". That is the main name of the company.
The Web Space Outlet (WSO) is the web hosting division.

Also, on some statements the name of the city where we are
located appears.  We are located in State College, Pennsylvania,
USA.  Yes, that is the name of the city, "State College."  It is
where Penn State University is located, but we are not
affiliated with them in any way. State College is just the name
of the city.

We have requested that our phone number appear instead of the
city name, but for some reason this has not yet happened.  If
you have any questions, please let us know.
