to understand...

Refer a Virtual Domain customer and you receive $34.95 in credit
toward your next account renewal.  Refer a Budget Commerce
customer and receive $18.95 in credit.  Refer a Non-Virtual or
FrontPage Only customer and receive $9.95 or $6.95 respectively
in credit.

We credit your account an amount equal to the single month fee
of the account type your referral purchases... whew!

Starting in August we are going to be beta testing a new e-mail
invoicing system.  Customers who choose to pay by check or money
order will receive their invoice via e-mail. WSO customers who
pay by credit card will begin to receive receipts via e-mail.

We'd like to hear your comments about the new system. Inquires

KoolCat users have a new "one touch" utility to clean out
abandon shopping "baskets".  Normally abandoned baskets are
removed when new orders a batched.  But if you have a popular
catalog but do not receive many orders that need batching, old
baskets can really start to pile up quickly.  The new utility
reads information directly from your KoolCat configuration file
and cleans out old baskets, keeping new baskets and any baskets
that contain information for actual orders.

If you have the KoolCat software installed in your account,
this new utility will be available in your WSO SupportCenter.

The compatibility between browser and secure server is an ever
increasing source of confusion.  Being able to tell which
version of which browser is compatible with your secure
certificate can be quite a chore.

Many of you recently received information regarding the rollover
of the Thawte root certificate that is installed in older,
version 3.x Netscape browsers. We use Thawte secure certificates
for our 'wso.net' and 'mav.net' domain names and many of our
Virtual Domain customers also own Thawte certificates.

To help you manage the task of making your secure web pages
compatible with all the various browsers, we have written some
HTML that you can place in your web pages.

Go to this page:
http://www.wso.net/compatibility.htm

Then use the View Source command in your browser to see the HTML
code.  You can highlight the code with your mouse then use
CTRL+C to copy the code into your clipboard, then paste it into
your favorite HTML editor.  Feel free to use the code as a 
template for your own web page.

The HTML code will jump to the Thawte web site and give the user
direct feedback about the compatibility of their browser with
your secure web site.  The check will also give the user
instructions on how to update their browser to make it compatible
with your Thawte secured site. We suggest you direct your users
to an unsecured, intermediate page where they are informed about
the availability of the compatibility test.
